Company Introduction
Not just a component manufacturer — an associate.
We are a Component (HR/CR/GI) manufacturing unit, ideally located at Sarigam GIDC, Gujarat in an area of 1000 M². We have recently bought a new shed and shifted to a new area so that we can service new clients.
Currently 60% of our capacity is dedicated to one of our important clients, who has given us more and more jobs for our ability and service. Every component thrown at us is a challenge, and we meet those challenges in a time-bound manner.
We are OEM of ‘Unitile’ brand and we do not manufacture any competitor’s raised access floor product.

CNC laser cutting of CR, HR and GI sheet to drawing, up to 25 mm thickness.

CNC plasma cutting for heavier plate — stainless up to 16 mm and mild steel up to 20 mm.

Precision CNC bending of plate up to 10 mm thickness.
04Turret Punching
Turret punching for repeat-hole patterns and perforated panel work.
05CNC Tube Cutting
Round, square and rectangular tube cutting — round tube from 20 mm to 230 mm.

From drawing to dispatch.
Every component follows the same controlled sequence across our two production lines.

Drawing & Assessment
We understand the product before we go into production — assessing its end use and ensuring all parameters are checked.

Material Preparation
CR, HR and GI stock is prepared and staged across two production lines.

Cutting
CNC laser, tube laser and plasma cutting bring sheet, tube and plate to exact profile.

Punching & Forming
Turret punching, power presses and CNC bending form the component to specification.

Machining & Tapping
VMC machining, SPM drilling and tapping complete precision features.

Welding & Assembly
MIG, ARGON, spot, pig and stud welding join the assembly, followed by assembling.

Inspection
A rigid inspection team ensures zero defects, with batch-wise mock-ups where the product is critical.

Dispatch
Finished components are prepared for domestic supply and export.
